CNC cylindrical grinding machine is composed of main machine, control system, transmission system, grinding tools and auxiliary devices. The host is the foundation of the whole machine tool, including the bed, table, headstock, tailstock and other parts, of which the bed is the supporting framework of the whole machine tool, the table is used to install the workpiece and drive it to rotate, and the headstock and tailstock are used to support and adjust the position of the workpiece. The control system is the core part of the CNC cylindrical grinder, including the CNC device, servo drive system, electrical components, etc., used to realize the automatic control of the machine tool and real-time monitoring of the machining process. The transmission system is used to drive the rotation of the workpiece and table, and usually adopts precision gear and bearing transmission. Abrasives are one of the key parts of CNC cylindrical grinding machine, and different kinds of abrasives, such as grinding wheels, oil stones, etc., are selected according to the processing requirements. Auxiliary devices include cooling system, chip removal system, measuring system, etc., which are used to realize the auxiliary functions of the machine tool.
